Hello again
We have a colour challenge for you over at The Male Room.
No neutrals means no black, brown, tan, cream, silver or gold.
As most of you will know this time of year is festival season in britain, so my inspiration card pays homage to the great british music festival (although I have left the mud out.....)
Visit the other ladies blogs for more inspiration.
Back soon
Hugs

Lets Colour Waltz
Hello again
aren't I a busy little bee this week..... ;)
Well, ok, I got stuck in at the weekend making cards and getting them photographed so I could spend more time with you all
Here is another of my creation for two challenges
- Colour Create Challenge Blog - Challenge #87
- Waltzing Mouse Sketch Challenge - Challenge #79
The challenge was Red, Cream and Sage green
And of course a tantalising sketch
Red and Sage green was quite a challenge, as I would not normally put these colours together without a lot of nagging. But here is my little card
Several xmas pressies in use on this one
- Stamps - WMS "You're Lovely" and "Say it with style (xmas pressie)
- Red Pearlised paper (from stash)
- Green textured paper (xmas pressie)
- Spellbinder Edgabilities (xmas pressie)
- Cream card blank
Hope you enjoy my little card
I am loving my new Spellbinders....Oh who am I kidding....I'm loving all my xmas craft pressies.
Hopefully see you again tomorrow
Huggles
Buffy xx

Colour challenge card
I really adored the colours the CR84FN blog set this time. Warm and cheerful
So after digging around in my craft area I found the perfect paper and stamp for this job
I've used my Polka Doodle house with Waltzing Mouse sentiment, the blossom three nestible, white A5 card blank, some red ribbon and momento ink pads.
It's nice to have our internet back, although listening to the rumbles from outside, I'm not going to hold my breath....LOL

Red Orange and White
This little card was created for two challenges, unfortunately I have missed one of them.
I used red ink around the edges and for the sentiment, a free orange paper for the scallop, butterfly and background and red textured paper behind the butterfly.

The challenges were:
- Card patterns Sketch 114
- The Play Date Cafe challenge # 80

Missed the close date
After working hard to create a card that met the CR84FN13 challenge colour choice, I go and miss the closing date, so frustrating!!!
Ah well, here is what I managed to come up with:
I used brown script paper I had on my computer for the background, a dark red paper from my stash which I cut with nestabilities "deckled mega rectangle" and the edges aged using distress ink. Turquoise blue flower.
The sentiment tag I found on the canon scrapbook website, there is a large selection of downloadable images and even a few papercraft projects. This tag did not contain the words, these were a stamp I had lurking in the bottom of my stamps box, that I inked up with Momento dew drops "Bahama blue", which worked very well with the tag colours.
I'll be back in a bit with another card created with my new Polka Doodles stamp set.
