 I like a simple-ish layout so the colours can stand out better.

This card is also a little tribute to a lovely lady who also had to close her shop.

Triple Stamp Sketch

Hello again,
I spotted two interesting challenges I thought would work well together.

 Freshly Made Sketch #232

 The Male Room #33

A nice simple design with sublte colours, that any man might be happy to receive.

  Of course I had to make the inserty match the exterior.......

I used two tones of brown ink to give the image a little more depth. Plus a dark brown promarker so the cacti had a little more dimension. The moon has a little chalk pen to give it glow.

I decided to do a double take and give you all two different ways using the same stamp, I've used Morning Dew Fairy stamp.

 Let's face it "Pretty and Girly" can have very different views, so without further ado:




 Softer almost pastel shades with flowers

Leaving school

Good evening,

my youngest asked me to make a leaving card for one of her teachers. She felt it was a little unfair that a female teacher who was also leaving got a big fuss in the morning assembly but he didn't even get a mention. So I made him this

 A nice simple clean card with a couple of shiny stars. Of course it also had to have a chalkboard and luckily I had a chalk pen handy.

Of course the insert had to have a bit of a pun.







My daughter and her ffriends had a whip round and bought him a little leaving pressie too.
It's very nice to know she has a sense of fairness.
